The Association is a non-profit organization and operates exclusively for the purpose of social solidarity.

The Association is non-partisan, non-political and will move in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities for people of different sex, race, religion and nationalities.

It will follow the principles of:

• No-profit.
• Democratic structure.
• Electivity of association officers.

It may open or close branches or sections in other cities of Switzerland or abroad.

Its duration is unlimited and may be dissolved only by resolution of the members Assembly.

It is constituted in compliance with the Swiss Constitution rules, the Swiss Civil Code and current legislation.
